About 2 years ago I was struggling with my weight at 162 lbs. I found myself starting to get really depressed and losing all self-esteem. I heard about the Hcg diet through a friend and decided I was going to look into it. Being very skeptical at the promise to lose 1 lb per day on a 500 calories diet followed by some Hcg injections, I didn't think the diet was for me. I was not going to let anyone or even inject myself with anything! Plus 500 calories seemed like starvation! I put it off for a little while but still heard buzz around the office about it. I did some more research and found that I didn't have to use injection they also had Hcg Drops. You put the drops under your tongue and stick to the low calorie diet. I decided to try it after watching some videos on YouTube about people and their results with the diet. After starting the diet I saw that after a few days it became really easy and I wasn't hungry at all, in fact I felt amazing. I never felt healthier in my life! I felt light and energized and could instantly see the results. I lost 28 lbs in 30 days. I was surprised at how some clinics and sites were charging people 100s of dollars to do this diet. Soon Hcg homeopathic was released into the U.S. and I decided to try and lose my last 10 lbs on the new version. I was so impressed that I started teaching friends how to do the diet as well. Now I devote my time to coaching countless people how to use this diet and get the body they have always dreamed about. I noticed that there are a lot of skeptics out there. I think as Americans, people are so use to being let down by fad diets, that it's hard for them to believe that there is actually a diet out there that works. This diet not only helps you lose the weight quickly, but keep it off without having to eat like a rabbit for the rest of your life.
A lot of people look at this diet and see that it requires the intake of only 500 calories a day and they think Starvation! But that's not the case because not only is your body getting all the calories it needs from all your stored fat, but the food you eat is very well proportioned and low in calories. Just because something has a small amount of calories it doesn't mean it is a tiny amount.
You don't have to work out on this diet in fact you are encouraged not to. You don't want your body moving around muscles while it's trying to create direct paths to your fat stores. Cardio however is ok.
Not only do you lose weight but inches, I guess that's why the diet creator, Dr. Simeons called it Pounds & inches. The diet does not just make you lose weight leaving you with sagging skin, it actually shrinks you. I went from a size 11 jeans to a size 5. I can almost fit a size 3, but still have some nice booty that makes it kind of hard to get them all the way up lol!
